We provide relief services to:
· Family Members who are the primary In-home caregivers for a loved-one,
· Professional Caregivers who may need time off work due to travel, an illness, emergencies, or a scheduling conflict,
· Professional Care Facilities needing someone to sit with a patient in their facility per the family’s request, and
· Post-Surgical Recovering Patients.

What we require from our Clients:
Call us as soon as you think that you may have a need for our services. The earlier you notify us, the more time we have to respond and you save money. Requests for service made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be considered an “Urgent Request” and may incur a higher hourly rate.
Please allow time for adequate transition of care personnel for memory care patients once our caregiver arrives. It is advised that a pre-introduction occurs prior to the date of need if at all possible.
Be prepared to provide payment or deposit upon the caregiver’s arrival at the patient’s location. We charge by the half-hour, but require a 4.0 hour minimum on each assignment.
Unless otherwise arranged, a responsible party must be present upon the caregiver’s arrival in order to review any special or specific caregiving instructions, facility protocols, etc., and to sign necessary authorization forms.
