If you are interested in working on an "As-Needed" basis, consider working "On-Call" or as an Emergency Replacement Caregiver. Unexpected events do occur in caregivers' lives from time to time, and another professional is needed urgently to fill-in for the absentee. These Caregivers are utilized to temporarily cover a shift for a regularly-scheduled Caregiver from one to several hours, or for the entire shift, or a day or more. In any case, the Caregiver may opt to receive compensation immediately upon the completion of their emergency shift via Direct Deposit into their bank account, or they can choose to be compensated on the normal payroll cycle.

Our ROC Caregivers™ also serves in an "Urgent" service capacity some of the time, but not always. They are utilized to provide relief to primary caregivers whom are usually a live-in family member who needs some time off for various reasons. These Caregivers also may opt to receive compensation immediately upon the completion of their urgent or non-urgent shift(s) via Direct Deposit into their bank account, or they can choose to be compensated on the normal payroll cycle.
